Can I return my order if I change my mind?
→ No. All BirdiePolos products are made-to-order. We only accept returns for defects or damage.
How long does a replacement take?
→ 7–9 business days once your case is approved.
How do I know if my return is accepted?
→ You’ll receive a confirmation email within 1 business day.
What if my package is lost?
→ If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?
→ Within 24 hours: full refund
→ After 24 hours: 50% fee
→ Once production starts: cannot cancel
