Every item at BirdiePolos is made-to-order. Because your product is created specifically for you, returns are limited — but we stand behind our quality and will always fix real issues.


1. BEFORE YOU ORDER

Please double-check:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design

  • Spelling (if personalized)

Once production begins, the order becomes final unless there is an actual defect or damage.


2. QUICK SUMMARY

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Response time: Within 1 business day

  • Replacement time: 7–9 business days

  • Refund processing: 2–7 business days


3. WHEN RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

We offer refunds or replacements for the following:

✔ Manufacturing Defects

  • Print misalignment

  • Stitching/material flaws

  • Incorrect sizing from production

✔ Shipping Damage

  • Crushed or torn packaging

  • Product arrived broken or wet

✔ Wrong / Missing Items

  • Incorrect product or size

  • Wrong print or design

✔ Significant Quality Issues

  • Colors drastically off

  • Material far below expected quality


4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 1: Document the issue

Send:

  • 3 photos (full product, packaging with label, close-up of issue)

  • Short video if helpful

Step 2: Contact us

Email cs@birdiepolos.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos

  • Short description

Step 3: Resolution

We respond within 1 business day with refund or replacement options.


5. REFUND GUIDELINES

Partial refunds (depending on issue severity)

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Add +5 business days for review

  • Refund processing may take +3–5 days

  • Customs fees are not refundable


7. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

We may:

  • Request more evidence

  • Deny suspicious claims

  • Take action against fraudulent behavior

Our goal is to protect honest customers.

Can I return if I change my mind?
→ No. Made-to-order items are final unless defective.

How long for a replacement?
→ 7–9 business days after approval.

How do I know my return is approved?
→ You’ll receive a confirmation email within 1 business day.

What if my package is lost?
→ If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?
→ Within 24 hours: full refund
→ After 24 hours: 50% fee
→ Production started: cannot cancel
