At BirdiePolos, we keep our terms simple. No complicated legal talk. When you use our website birdiepolos.com or place an order, here’s what you’re agreeing to.

1. Using Our Store

  • You’re old enough to make purchases in your region.

  • You’ll use our products responsibly.

  • No illegal activity, no harmful uploads, no nonsense.

If you break these rules, we can remove access to our services.

2. About Our Products

Our items are made one by one. That means:

  • Small color or size variations can happen.

  • Screens show colors differently.

  • Processing time is usually 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Personalized items can’t be returned unless damaged.

This is normal for handcrafted apparel and golfwear.

3. Prices & Updates

We can adjust prices, update products, or stop selling an item without prior notice.
If an order looks suspicious, we may cancel or limit it.

4. Your Information

You promise the info you provide is:

  • Correct

  • Up-to-date

  • Complete

We aren’t responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Changing or Canceling Orders

  • Cancel within 24 hours → full refund.

  • After 24 hours → production starts → no edits, no cancellations.

  • Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

Once we start making your item, everything is locked.

6. Variations Happen

Because our products are crafted individually:

  • Slight differences in print, texture, or color are normal.

  • These are not defects.

  • Product photos show the general look, not a pixel-perfect replica.

7. Our Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • Minor variations

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier damage (but we’ll help with claims)

  • Indirect or incidental losses

Our responsibility ends at the amount you paid for your order.

8. If You Break the Rules

You agree to take responsibility for issues caused by:

  • Misusing our products

  • Violating these terms

  • Breaking any laws while using our service

9. If Something Becomes Invalid

If one part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest still applies.

10. Ending Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate our terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow U.S. law.
Any disputes fall under California State courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms anytime.
Using our site after changes means you agree with them.
